Jan 1st - New Years Day

We traditionally make chinese food around new year's.  This year, I was able to use leftovers from the night before.

On the menu...
Tofu with peanut sauce
Egg Fried Rice
Spicy Cabbage with chopped seitan
Ginger-Soy Vegetables Stir-Fryed
And for the meat-lovers: Orange Chicken
